Mesflacons.com sites and its derivatives for the sale of miniature perfume bottles and promoting lécythiophilie.
The attention of customers and users is drawn to the fact that the samples and miniatures we offer are for the purpose of collection. It is, unless stated otherwise, products small size and low capacity. These products we have not been provided, we bought them for you offer, either directly to manufacturers or their perfume wholesalers or upon redemption of lots or collections of individuals.
All products we offer are original including perfume or cologne they may contain. However many of them are old and juice content may be out of date, we recommend the use as perfuming product.
Some can be used, sometimes empty, no box or have defects, these features are listed in the description.
We sell miniatures and samples collection. Some products may include a statement such as "Not for sale" or "Not for sale".
These conditions are for a consumer who has full legal capacity. These conditions apply to all orders you will spend on this site.
We do our best to satisfy you. On this site, we present all the essential characteristics of the goods. We will listen to the comments that you submit to us (under 'contact us').
We attach great importance to your safety and your satisfaction, we are committed, in this sense, beyond legal obligations. 1 The different steps for the contract online

In the rare case where a majority of products would prove missing we will contact you to inform you and get your confirmation.
Commitment satisfaction whenever possible technically you are actually charged at the time of shipment of the package, so your rate may be adjusted for any downtime. In other cases we have establish a refundable upon request or can be used on a future order. We will not be automatically replaced.
1.3 The technical means for identifying and correcting errors
You have at any time of the ability to identify and correct your commisses when entering your data errors. In case of error on your part which resulted in a failure to deliver the parcel will be sent a second time at your expense after returning to our premises (which can cause a significant delay).

3 The legal and contractual guarantees

4 delays, costs and delivery terms
4.1 Methods of delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address indicated in the order form.
We will send your parcel within one week after actual receipt of your payment. The delivery time is about 48 hours later for France and up to 15 days for other regions.
Satisfaction commitment: In most cases we will send your parcel within 48 hours, during tense periods we sometimes indicate a cut off time to be delivered before [Christmas, Easter ...]. If your order is not delivered within 7 days of the schedule above, you have the option to cancel.
Shipping fees are listed on the page which is annexed to this contract. They are explicitly mentioned during the checkout procedure.
Reminder: any customs charges are not shipping you have to pay depending on the country you require delivery. We started being a French company you do not have to pay customs duty for France or for the member countries of the European Union.

4.4 The delivery tracking
You can contact us by email for any questions regarding your delivery (under 'contact us').

If you prefer not to pay online you can pay by check, just choose this option when paying.
Remember to finalize the procedure, you will receive a message with our complete details for the shipping and the order of the check.
Then send your payment by simple mail with references or a copy of your order.
Satisfaction commitment: PAYMENT IN THREE TIMES: this solution is the only one that allows you to benefit from a payment in three installments without fees. +
To benefit from it you just have to send 3 checks of equivalent amount and the total of your order.
One of them will be cashed quickly, the next ones about a month and two months later.
If you prefer not to pay online you have the possibility to pay by bank transfer, you just have to choose this option during the payment.
Remember to finalize the procedure, you will receive a message with our complete bank details.
Then do the necessary with your bank and send us by email a copy of your transfer order validated by the bank.

Payment via our website are eligible for a security system. We have adopted SSL (Secure Soket Layer) to encrypt credit card details. 7 Money back: procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal

8 The contract price and validity.

The products remain the property of Forum Maps and Collections until full payment.
Our quotations are valid only in the double limit of validity of the tender and availability.
Our offers of goods and prices are valid if they are posted on the site on the day of the order.

9 Applicable Law / Jurisdiction
