Mesflacons.com, miniprofumi.com, miaturproben.com and smallbottlles.com are services of Perfume Collection Miniature (P.C.M.), whose manager is Jean-Claude Gélinier

Mesflacons.com and its derivative sites aim to sell miniature perfume bottles and promote lecythiophilia.
The attention of customers and users is drawn to the fact that the samples and miniatures offered by us are for collection purposes. These are, unless otherwise stated, small size and low capacity products. These products were not offered to us, we bought them to offer them to you, either directly to the perfumers and manufacturers or to their wholesalers or during the purchase of batches or collections from individuals.

All the products we offer are original, including their content (perfume, Eau de Cologne, Eau de parfum, Eau de toilette, etc.) that they may contain. However many of them are old and the juice contained may be expired, we do not recommend using them as a perfume product.
Some may be used, sometimes empty, without box or have defects, these specificities are indicated in the description.
We sell miniatures or collectible samples. Certain products may bear a statement such as "Sale prohibited" or "Not for sale".
These conditions are intended for a consumer who has full legal capacity. These conditions apply to all the orders you place on this site.

We do everything possible to satisfy you. On this site, we present to you all the essential characteristics of the goods. We will be attentive to the comments you send us (section '' contact us '').

We attach the greatest importance to your safety and your satisfaction, we are committed, in this sense, well beyond the legal obligations. These additional commitments are indicated in these conditions by the phrase "Satisfaction commitment". These commitments apply to us in the same way as if they were enshrined in law.

1 The different steps to follow for the conclusion of the contract online

You make your selection by browsing the pages of our site. Your selections are added to your cart when you click '' add this product to cart ''. At any time while browsing our site, you can validate your order by clicking on '' validate my order ''.

The miniatures of perfumes and associated products are by nature ephemeral products on which we generally have no replenishment possible. These are collection products for which we generally only have a single copy available.

Satisfaction commitment: We do not automatically replace. In the event that a product is sold out, we will refund you directly to your paypal account without request from you. For customers who have paid by check or transfer, we offer a refund in the form of a credit or a check.

 

1.3 Technical means of identifying and correcting errors

 

You have the ability at any time to identify and correct your mistakes when entering your data. When you notice an error after the conclusion of the contract, you must contact us (section '' contact us ''). In the event of an error on your part resulting in the impossibility of delivery, the package will be sent to you a second time at your expense after returning to our premises (which can generate a significant delay).

We will archive contracts, purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium. You have the right to communicate these documents for orders of an amount greater than or equal to € 120.

 

3 Legal and contractual guarantees

4 Delivery times, costs and terms

 

4.1 Terms of delivery

 

We will deliver the products to you at the address indicated in the order form.

We send your package no later than one week after receipt of your payment. The delivery time is then around 48 hours for mainland France and can go up to 15 days for other geographic areas.
Satisfaction commitment: In most cases we send your package within 48 hours, during tight periods we sometimes give you an order deadline to be delivered before [Christmas, Mother's Day…]. If your order has not been delivered within 7 days from the times specified above, you have the option of canceling it.

 

4.3 Shipping costs

 

The delivery costs are indicated on the corresponding page which is appended to this contract. They are explicitly mentioned during the ordering process.
Reminder: any customs charges are not delivery charges, you have to pay them depending on the country where you request delivery. As our company is a company incorporated under French law, you do not have to pay customs duties for mainland France or for member countries of the European Union.

4.4 Delivery tracking

Satisfaction commitment: We strongly invite you to do so as soon as you notice an abnormal delay. Prompt reporting allows a problem to be resolved under the best possible conditions. (In 90% of cases it is a problem of a transit advice note not deposited by the postman or thrown by mistake with a mass of advertisements, the solution is then simple: your package is waiting for you in your post office for a limited time).

 

5 The price

 

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (French VAT and other applicable taxes).
If you request delivery outside of France, your order may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties when it arrives at its destination.
The payment of these duties and taxes are your responsibility and we invite you to check with the competent authorities in your country. You should also check the possibilities of importing or using the products you order from us in the country of destination.

 

6 Payment terms and means of security

 

Satisfaction commitment: Whenever possible, we do not collect your payment until the package is actually prepared.

By check or in three free checks (France only).

If you prefer not to pay online, you can pay by check, you just have to choose this option during payment.
Remember to finalize the procedure, you will receive a message with our full contact details for the shipment and order of the check.
Then send your payment by regular mail with the references or a copy of your order.

IMPORTANT: your check must be made out in euros and payable to a French bank.

Satisfaction commitment: PAYMENT IN THREE TIMES: this solution is the only one that will allow you to benefit from payment in three installments free of charge.

To benefit from it, all you need to do is send us 3 checks for an amount equivalent to the total of your order.
One of them will be cashed when you send your package, the second one month later and the third the following month.

 

Wire Transfer

If you prefer not to pay online you have the option of paying by bank transfer, you just have to choose this option during payment.

Remember to finalize the procedure, you will receive a message with our full bank details.
Then do the necessary with your bank and send us by email a copy of your transfer order validated by the bank.
The costs associated with this solution will be borne by the customer (please indicate to your bank "costs payable by the ordering party, code OUR" during the transfer)

 

6.2 Security

 

Payments via our site are subject to a security system. We have adopted the SSL (Secure Soket Layer) protocol to encrypt your information. In addition, please note that at no time does your banking information pass through our site and we do not have access to it. 7 Satisfied or refunded: modalities for exercising the right of withdrawal

 

In accordance with legal provisions, within 14 days of receiving your product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You don't have to justify any reasons or pay a penalty. With the exception of return costs, which are your responsibility, we will reimburse you for the total amount paid no later than 30 days following your withdrawal. On our proposal, you can also opt for another reimbursement method.


Satisfaction commitment: We extend the legal withdrawal period to one month and we undertake to reimburse you within 7 days of receiving your return.
Satisfaction commitment: When you change your mind between ordering and shipping (especially if you have chosen payment by check), if you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by email.

 

8 The duration of the contract and the validity of the price.

 

The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products for sale on the site.
The products remain the entire property of Perfume Collection Miniature until full payment.

Our price offers are only valid within the double limit of the period of validity of the offer concerned and the available stocks.

Our offers of goods and prices are valid if they appear online on the site on the day of the order.

Special reason for exclusion: in the event of a material error in the computer labeling, the sale may be canceled at the seller's initiative. (case law of TI Strasbourg, 07/24/2002, Sté Netbusiness Planète Discount).

 

9 Applicable law / Competent jurisdiction

 

These conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute on the substance or on the form, the court of Nantes (France) will have sole jurisdiction.
